In our current criminal justice approach recidivism is high and rehabilitation is low. Restorative Transformation provides several conflict resolution services for juvenile offender.
- Restorative justice as a component in diversion programs saves the Juvenile Justice Department time and money - while it reduces the number that reoffend and is immediately rehabilitative.
- Restorative Justice Dialogue has the juvenile offender who caused the harm take meaningful responsibility and repair relationships.
- Family Group Conferencing has several juvenile offenders who have been involved in a similar crime, and their families, convene as a community to support each other in behavior change.
